Your main job duties:

● Manages projects and the products throughout the product life cycle

● Work closely with a range of different internal and external stakeholders of the business to identify key product opportunities for our products and write clear briefs’ documents to outline the objective and requirements of such initiatives

● Evaluate the quality of ongoing project work efforts and ensure production proceeds according to schedule

● Gather and prioritize product and requirements

● Work closely with the Development Team, Operation & Design Team to deliver projects as specified in the specification document

● Define long-term and short-term priorities to guide the efforts of the inhouse teams

● Ensure new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance, employing focus group testing, when necessary, analyze market trends market and continuously review the competitive landscape

● Overview across all daily operations

● Establish agile work methodology with your team

● Make sure all projects and products are documented

● Following industry trends and suggesting development of new functionalities

● Preparing requirements for developers, marketing and design

● Familiar with Website Planning and Development

● Familiar with Backoffice and System Development

Professional requirements:

● A strong background of 3+ years in a product management within an online gaming operation

● Technical savvy and ability to create detailed and clear product specifications and reports

● Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

● Experience at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

● Good English skills

● A degree of web technical knowledge and design.

● Strong knowledge of Agile practice.

● Strong Knowledge of Jira kanban, tasks assignment, optimizations.

● Strong Knowledge and Confluence and documenting.

● Strong communication skills including strong written, verbal & presentation skills

● Knowledge and past immersion in AGILE projects

● Basic Front-end/Sound/Animation UX skills
