Your main job duties:
- Integrating mathematical models into game servers
- Automate gameplay for reporting and analysis
- Implement gameplay behaviors for the game client
- Providing solutions to challenging tasks
- Unit/integration testing
- Code reviews
- Adhering to Agile methodology and design principles of the project
- Assisting with ongoing training and development of team members
- Managing employee performance with regular feedback and performance reviews
Professional requirements:
- Node.js, JavaScript – is a must
- Experience with unit tests
- Proficiency with Git and SVN
- Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Knowledge in Jira ticketing system/project management and Confluence documentation
- Experience working as part of an AGILE team
- Previous experience as a TL
- Fluent in English
