Your main job duties:
● Manages game project and the product throughout the product life cycle
● Work closely with a range of different internal and external stakeholders of the business to identify key product opportunities for our products and write clear briefs’ documents to outline the objective and requirements of such initiatives
● Evaluate the quality of ongoing project work efforts and ensure production proceeds according to schedule
● Gather and prioritize product and requirements
● Work closely with the Development Team and UX Team to deliver projects as specified in the specification document
● Define long-term and short-term priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team together with the Project Manager, working in the Scrum approach
● Ensure new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance, employing focus group testing, when necessary analyze market trends market and continuously review the competitive landscape
● Data driven – very hands-on related analytics. Constant analysis of product performance
Professional requirements:
● A strong background of 3+ years in a product management within an online gaming operation
● Technical savvy and ability to create detailed and clear product specifications and reports on data analysis
● Proven experience in implementing and working with tracking tools such as google analytics
● Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
● Experience at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
● Good English skills
● Strong communication skills including strong written, verbal & presentation skills
● Knowledge and past immersion in successful waterfall and AGILE projects
● Strong Front-end/Sound/Animation UX skills
● Knowledge of Javascript and Front-End technologies is a plus
● Knowledge in Jira ticketing system/project management and Confluence documentation
