Your main job duties:

  • You will be the main point of contact for your clients and their voice within our company
  • You will need to develop and maintain long-term relationship with your customers.
  • You will be an expert in our product suite and work with your customers to maximize the value of it. Help them understand how to grow their business,
  • You will forecast and monitor customers account metrics
  • You will be an expert in their product suite. What do they use, what don’t they use, what would they like to use and how can we support them;
  • You will be able to seek out opportunities to up sell and cross sell to increase revenue for both parties
  • You will attend events and represent our company using the opportunity to connect further with your clients and exhibit our new products. Be able to travel to meet your clients and attend events

Professional requirements:

  • Industry knowledge – Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer success or account management team within the Gaming Industry.
  • Ability to understand the market and trends within gaming industry.
  • Analytical skills: being able to analyze the data from your customers. Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills is a must

  • Ability to listen to your clients’ needs and truly understand what is required and satisfies them before going in with the hard upsell of our products
  • Problem solving attitude – quickly reacting to a problem with a prompt and creative solution.
  • Empathy – being able to read your customers, relate and identify with them to get a good feel for their direction
  • Networking – you must be comfortable and confident to engage and interact with your customers in any occasion
  • Enthusiasm – you must be enthusiastic to be successful in this role, always ready to highlight & uncover a win at any given moment
